Clean Mouth/Clean Mind will never sell or give your name, address and e-mail to any other company or organization except for shipping purposes (UPS and or others in the supply chain can't ship or deliver your package without an address). We do not send unsolicited sales e-mail (often called spam.)

Personal information
When you order from us, all your personal information we collect is used to process your order, then send it to you. The e-mail address you place on the checkout page is for sale purposes only in case we need to contact you about your order. You can be placed on our mailing list by checking the indicated box. If you do check the box, you will not be placed on our mailing list. You can also be added to or removed from the list by filling in the form on our E-mail List page.

Telemarketing
Clean Mouth/Clean Mind does not engage in telemarketing - that is, we won't be calling you at home or work making offers you don't want to hear. We detest it just like you do and wish it were illegal. We will not sell, trade, or give your information to anyone else - so telemarketers won't be calling you because of us.

Security

Cookies
Cookies are a small bit of text used by your web browser to identify you to our web server. They are used by Clean Mouth/Clean Mind web Site to keep track of what is in your shopping basket. You may shop our Site with cookies turned off in your browser and still purchase, but you will only be able to purchase one item per sales transaction. Cookies are also used to track buying trends on our web Site but no personal information is collected through the use of cookies.

Secure Server
Clean Mouth/Clean Mind uses SSL (secure sockets layer) technology to encrypt all sales transactions. You can tell if your transaction is secure by looking for the locked lock or un-broken key in the lower left of your browser window. Your credit card number and other information is encrypted or scrambled and transmitted to our secure server and then de-encrypted - so only we can read it. Ordering and Purchasing

Q - If I have problems ordering merchandise on the web site what do I do?
A - At the present time we do not have a telephone method for ordering but we plan to so please be patient. Contact via our "contact us" link and we will contact you.

Q - Will I be charged sales tax if I order on your site ?
A - If you live in the state of Utah you will be charged tax. Other states, you will not.

Q - Is ordering over the internet as safe as ordering by phone ?
A - We believe it is safer. There is a chance someone could climb a phone pole, hook up wires to the line and if they were in the right place at the right time, they could listen to you give your card number to someone over the phone. At least when you order on our Secured Server your card number and name and address and all personal information is encrypted or scrambled so someone would have no idea what information was being transmitted - even if they could somehow intercept it.

Q - Could someone "Hack" into your system and steal my card information ?
A - We only keep your personal information on our Secured internet server for a short time - then we transfer it to our order fulfillment system and it is no longer available across the internet. There are so few card numbers on our system at any given time it would not be worthwhile for someone to even attempt to break in.

Q -How long will it take to receive my ordered merchandise?
A - As this is a somewhat new business there may be some delays of a week or two in production and shipping of merchandise. Please be patient we will improve with each day. Return Policy

Q- What is your return policy?
A- Items purchased should be returned unused, unblemished within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or credit refund.
